Here's the problem - if we provide the shippers' tracking number, it's all too easy for an unauthorized party to reroute your shipment, and it's gone, never to be seen again. Instead of making music with your new gear, you're left to make phone calls trying to find out what happened to your stuff. Therefore, not giving out the shippers' tracking numbers is the best way to protect you and your shipment.

At the same time, we recognize that you want to know as much as you can about your shipment, and we want to be able to provide that information, so we've come up with a way for you to track your shipment without needing the shippers' tracking number.
